  • I currently have a waitlist, but feel free to reach out and see about my availability. Things can (and do) change, and slots may open up in my schedule.

  • Yes, I am in-network with several major insurance providers and currently accept:

  • If you are not using insurance, my fee structure is as follows:

    • Initial Appointment: $170

    • Individual Therapy Session: $145

    • EMDR Consultation: $60 per hour

  • I provide individual psychotherapy for adults (18+). I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I have specific training and experience working with First Responders and their families.

  • Yes. Finding the right therapist is important. I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit.
